A Visit with the Ralls

The last couple of days we had the pleasure of seeing part of the Ralls family from Missouri. We met them in 2001 on a Faith and Freedom Tour in Virginia and stayed in touch. It was such a blessing to see them again!
We spent two of the three days they were here in Washington D.C
Our stop of the day was the Air and Space museum! It is definitely a must see!

That night we received our first snow of the '08/09 winter!!

Tuesday morning we were still going to try to make it to D.C but had to turn around due to car accidents along the side of the road and icy conditions so we spent the day at home having fun and enjoying each other!

Playing music together

Many rounds of card games! So fun! :)

Of course we had to play in the snow! We didn't get pictures of the snow ball fight because we were all too busy to take pictures! :)

John pounded out our snow blocks.

We watched a home movie of when we went to the St. Louis Zoo with the Ralls in 2004. Later that night we watched Fireproof which just came out on DVD- Highly recommended!!!
Mid morning on Wednesday we made it to Washington!

Walking through D.C. covered with a light blanket of snow was breathtaking!

We were amazed how ornate the building was!

It's Been One Year!

It's been one year since John's tethered cord operation. God has brought him through this year with an amazing recovery!
We want to thank everyone for their prayers and support!

We were excited to find this necklace for Mom . The song we put together for John was called "A Journey of Faith"

We are excited to have the Kravets back from Ukraine for a few months. Here are some pictures of them at our local nursing home.
