Saturday we visited with our Aunt Hester Ann, Uncle Don and their son Gareth at our favorite local Italian restaurant. Everyone enjoyed their time and stuffed ourselves with delicious pizza!

Christmas At Grandma's

Every year we go to Grandma's house to open our stocking gifts. We go in groups of two with a cousin that is closest to each child's age.

This past Sunday we went to Grandma's again for the big family Christmas / New Year dinner. We didn't take many pictures this year, but everyone enjoyed their time and the food was great!

Eating Christmas Candy

Sarah and John are outside on the steps eating the last of the Christmas candy. It must be kept a secret or else they would be hounded to share! :)

The good stuff- Dove chocolate!

God's Beautiful Creation

This afternoon we enjoyed springtime weather in January.

The heavens declare the glory of God: and the firmament showeth his handiwork.
Ps.19:1

Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, all ye lands.
Ps.100:1

..let us run with patience the race that is set before us.
Heb. 12:1

Teach me thy way, O Lord, and lead me in a plain path...
Ps.27:11

The light of the eyes rejoiceth the heart.
Prov. 15:30

Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
Ps.104:17

Truly the light is sweet, and a pleasant thing it is for the eyes to behold the sun.
Eccl. 11:7

The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand forever.
Is.40:8

O Lord our Lord, how excellent is thy name in all the earth! who hast set thy glory above the heavens.
Ps.8:1

But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thrist: but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.
John 4:14

This is my commandment, that ye love one another, as I have loved you.
John 15:12

Happy New Year!

Well, folks it's 2007!
The night was spent eating snacks, watching movies, and just having fun together, though not everyone made it to the twelve o' clock mark! :)
As we look back to the past year we see where God has protected us and brought us to where we are now. We are so thankful for His love to us!
